$599 minimum for any home up to 2,500 sq ft. Add $0.10 for each square foot above 2,500. We will verify your home’s square footage before work begins and confirm any price change with you. What’s included

This estimate covers exterior glass cleaning for one visit. Specialty, oversize or divided-light glass, heavy buildup and difficult access need a scope review. Customers can remove exterior screens themselves or add removal and replacement at $10 per screen per visit. Screen cleaning is not included. All interior glass cleaning is an optional add-on; deep tracks are separate. An exterior two-story ladder adds one $100 fee per cleaning visit. A step ladder adds one $50 fee per visit when required for selected interior windows or screen removal and reinstallation, covering all setups. Your home size selects the starting tier; we verify the selected services and access before work begins.

Your starting price is based on home size and selected services. We will confirm your home’s square footage before work begins and agree on any price correction with you. You can add or remove selected windows and add-ons on the day of service. We will confirm the updated scope, quantities, access and price with you before cleaning begins. Any additional charge requires your approval before work starts. A lower final price will be handled with an appropriate credit or refund.
